VideFlow – Windows Version

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the VideFlow software for Windows (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Software is provided free of charge.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on any compatible Windows device.

Use is permitted for both personal and commercial purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the property of the author.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

10. Relationship to Other Versions

This Agreement applies only to the Windows version of VideFlow.

Other versions of VideFlow, including the Android version, may be subject to different license terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the author regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
